c) Formal interview (oral report) mid year, in depth

ENROLLING YOUR CHILD:
Enrolments can be made with the Office Manager or Deputy Principal at our main office. If your child is starting school for the first time, we require a birth certificate to confirm your child’s birth date and name, and immunisation records/details. We also invite you to meet the Principal or Deputy Principal to discuss, confidentially, the needs of your child. Please phone the school office to make an appointment. The office is open from 8.00am to 4.20pm daily.

We look after your child's health and Safety
Road Safety: Children's safety is of vital importance. Wardens are on duty at the following times:
Kimbolton Road from 8.20am to 8.40am and from 2.50pm to 3.10pm
North & Lytton Streets from 2.50pm to 3.10pm
During these times the traffic wardens are supervised by a duty teacher. Please encourage your children to use these crossings. Double parking is illegal. Please try to avoid double parking outside the school as it may put smaller children at risk.
Health Facilities: If you require it, we can request assistance from the Public Health Nurse for your child. Vision and hearing tests are carried out at regular intervals and on requests by ringing 355 0743. A health sheet is filled out on your child’s details at enrolment.
Dental Facilities: The dental clinic official hours are from 8.30am to 4.15pm, except for some dates when the clinic may close earlier at 3.35pm. If you would like urgent dental assistance, please contact the clinic before 3.45pm. The clinic is closed during school holidays. The Dental Clinic phone number is 323 6686.
Playground: Lytton Street School is a “Cool School” running a Peer Mediation programme in the Playground. Our school is also committed to safe suncare including encouragement of wearing hats, sitting under shade etc.
